The SGI structure respects the ANNEX SL setting of the ISO / IEC (Directives Part 1 - Consolidated ISO Supplement - Procedures Specific to ISO), ensuring compliance with that "High Level Structure", adopting an organizational, managerial and operational approach that aims at the continuous improvement of the organization.
